Congressman Ralph Hall introduces bill to transfer ownership of Lake Fannin

Posted: 6:41 PM - FANNIN CO., Texas -- The gates to Lake Fannin have been locked since April of last year. Fannin County Judge Spanky Carter has been working closely with Congressman Ralph Hall to pass legislation that would transfer ownership of the lake from the National Forest Service to the County. Monday, News 12's Daniella Rivera was in commissioners court when Carter made an announcement about Halls' efforts in Washington.
