Cooking with Cathy: Lettuce Wraps

*Any of your favorite ingredients can be used with this one! Use your imagination!

This recipe is for 1 wrap!

1 head of Romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry
1/4 lb. shaved turkey
1 TBS. sliced carrots
1 tsp. bacon pieces
1 tsp. shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Greek dressing

Lay one lettuce leaf onto a plate. Add all other ingredients and roll tightly. Be sure to start from the smaller part of the leaf and roll up to the larger part. Slice in half and serve. Perfect with a fresh fruit salad.
