Fitness expert Jimmy Rosser from Nautilus Sport & Fitness was in studio to show you how pop squats can jump start shedding those Thanksgiving pounds, and nutritionist Tori Park shows you how to turn those Thanksgiving leftovers into a healthy salad.
Park advises using turkey instead of chicken on many favorite dishes you might normally prepare, like salads, sandwiches, tacos, wraps, stew, and more.
On Monday's First News AM, Park showed us her Turkey Broccoli Slaw Salad. Click the video link to watch the segment.

optional: 1 bag of Chicken Ramen noodles dry and crumbled
Dressing:
2/3 cup of oil (I put half olive and half canola)
3 TBSP of sugar
½ tsp of ground pepper
3 TBSP of White Wine Vinegar
