A fairly new exercise routine is taking Texoma by storm. Zumba is becoming all the rage lately. The latin based exercise works out your entire body, especially the torso and waist.
Zumba has been around since 1999 and is popular across the U.S. Diana Ban has been running Zumba courses in Ardmore for three years and says she's seeing more and more folks dancing to the beat. "Because it's fun. A lot of the ladies say oh wow it's already over. An hour class goes by and they don't realize it's already over. They just enjoy it."
