Breakfast on the Go

1 Box of Kashi High Protein High Fiber Cereal
2 cups of Nuts (whatever nuts you like)
1-12oz. Bag of Craisens (you can use any dried fruit)
1 gallon Ziplock Bag

Pour the Box of cereal in the bag. Then put the nuts in the bag and mix it around. Then put the Craisens in and mix it around.

You can make a small bag to bring to work for breakfast or a snack for later. You can also put this in yogurt too.
