Must bring a current & complete shot record and/or a letter from the school. Cost is $14.00 (cash only) per child or a CURRENT Texas Medicaid letter. The Health Department can not accept Texas Star Medicaid or CHIP.

You are encouraged to use the regularly scheduled clinics listed above before August when waiting times are in the minutes. The Back-to-School extended schedule has experienced waiting times measured in hours.
