Safe Family: Tornado Safety
Over the past few months, severe weather has torn through our area, leaving behind devastation.
The latest tornado in Lone Grove, OK was an EF4 with winds estimated at 170mph. Eight people died, numerous others severely injured. In this case, residents had at least 30 minutes to prepare, allowing them to take shelter.
