How healthy are Americans?
New information is out today... And it isn't good.
Many have Chronic health problems...
From high blood pressure... To high cholesterol and Diabetes.
The C-D-C says 45 percent of americans are dealing with these problems.
The report finds some 13 percent of Americans that have 2 of these conditions... And 3-percent are struggling with all 3.
The cause? The data points to American's growing waistline...
Americans eat too much... And exercise too little.
Now statistics are showing 1-third are obese.
There is however... A light at the end of the tunnel...
While this message has been preached before... Americans don't seem to be listening.
