PONTOTOC COUNTY, OK -- One of two men accused of stealing cattle from a Pontotoc County rancher has been apprehended.

David Wallace was apprehended last night near Coalgate.

Jerry Flowers with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry says Wallace and Larry Smith Junior allegedly stole 99 head of cattle from Jet McCoy.

McCoy is best known for him and his brother's appearance on "The Amazing Race"

McCoy says it took him a while to realize that the cattle were missing.

Jet McCoy said, "That was something that was kind of baffling to us and the investigators, there was hardly any sign of anything going on and they had gotten them in a couple of different bunches and there wasn't any. There wasn't any tracks."

Wallace remains in the Pontotoc County Justice Center.

Larry Smith Junior is still at large.
