Jailer Charged With Rape

9-10-04 - Former Bryant County Jailer Steven Condor has been charged with second degree rape. Condor is accused of raping a female inmate at the Bryan County jail. The attack allegedly happened the weekend of August 21st
According to the inmate, the Condor attacked her inside her cell. Condor was fired just hours later.
