Bomb Threat Cancels Classes

9-16-04 - School officials cancelled classes at Sherman High School Thursday after an early-morning bomb threat. It happened around 7:30am, but authorities never found a bomb.

Students were sent outside the building while police did a walk-through. School officials decided to call in a bomb-sniffing dog from Dallas, so they sent students home for the day.

Sherman High officials are calling a tracing service to determine who called in the threat.
