A 20-year-old Muenster man has been indicted for possession of stolen guns.

Gary Wade Porter was indicted on two counts of knowingly possessing 24 firearms.

Authorities say those guns were stolen back in March from a local hardware store and firearms dealer.

If Porter is convicted he could face 10 years in federal prison and hundreds of thousands of dollars in fines.

He needs to be in prison for steeling guns. From the looks of that picture he doesn't even need to own one much less 24.
