DURANT, Okla -- After Saturday night’s fire during a monster truck show at the Choctaw Coliseum, many were left wondering if they would get a refund.
The show was supposed to last an hour and a half, according to the production manager Shawn Ives, but was cut short after about 20 minutes, when a jet engine four-wheeler set four cars on fire.
Matt Gregory, with the Choctaw Nation, says with proof of purchase, you can get a 70% refund. For tickets bought with a credit card, the amount will be refunded automatically. But if you have a paper ticket stub, you will have to show that at the ticket office or mail it in for your refund.
Gregory also says the refund period will be open until they feel everyone has gotten their money back.
