The Red Cross provides tools for families to locate loved ones they think may be affected by the California wildfires. The victim would have had to register with the Red Cross to be included in the listings.
The Texoma Red Cross chapter says they are ready to lend a hand to the fire damaged areas. Their supply vehicle is now in Cooke County, where a couple there plans to drive it to California as soon as it’s needed.
Three people from Denison have already left to help in areas hit by wildfires.
Texoma Red Cross has training sessions scheduled for anyone who may want to volunteer.
