Man Thrown from Truck, Hit by Car

Video will be available shortly.

10-18-04 – A Denison man was taken to a Dallas hospital by helicopter Sunday evening after he was thrown from his truck, then hit by another car on highway 75 in Denison.

Witnesses say, shortly after 5:00 p.m., a tire blew out on a Chevy Z-71 as it weaved in and out of south-bound traffic. The truck rolled at least twice; ejecting the driver. He landed on the highway; then was hit by an oncoming vehicle.

Late Sunday night, the man went into surgery. There is no word yet his condition Monday morning.
