Fresh Coffee For Troops in Iraq

Video will be available shortly.

12-1-04 - Some southern Oklahoma soldiers in Iraq will soon get a taste from home.

Atsa Spresso, an Ardmore coffee shop, has been raising money to send ground coffee to the troops. So far the owner has raised just over $1,000.

Greg Staples got the idea two months ago when he received an E-mail from a soldier complaining about the quality of military coffee. He says this is the least he can do for those who are protecting the country's freedom.

The first round of coffee should be delivered by Christmas.
