ARDMORE, Okla. -- The man accused of fatally shooting another man in an Ardmore apartment complex last Wednesday was in court Tuesday morning.
The Carter Country District Attorney’s Office has seven counts filed against 37-year-old Darrell Madden. Madden is facing first degree murder charges, five counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and pointing a fire arm authorities, which is a felony.
Madden shot and killed 26-year-old Bradley Qualls last week at the Huntington Apartments during a heated argument.
Madden is currently in a medical facility in Oklahoma City.
