12-16-04 - MELISSA, Texas (AP) The body of a worker was recovered Thursday after a rockslide buried him in a deep trench north of Dallas.

Crews recovered the body of the 47-year-old Jose Cruz Morales Thursday morning after working throughout the night to reach it after Wednesday afternoon's collapse.

The accident happened just east of the Collin County city of Melissa. The man was trapped when a rock the size of a car fell into the 20-foot-deep trench – triggering the rockslide.

Officials say the worker had been working to install a sewer main for a Melissa residential subdivision.
