11-7-04 - Denison police are investigating a hit and run accident involving a child at Munson Park Sunday night. The five year old was pinned between two cars in the parking lot. She was taken by ambulance to Texoma Medical Center; she has been released.
Police say a woman was trying to leave a party at the park and took off too fast, hitting another parked car and pinning the victim.
The driver fled the scene, but later turned herself in at the police station. Authorities say the woman will be charged with failing to stop and render aid.
