11-8-04 – A semi accident backed up traffic for miles on I-35 in Carter County. Monday morning, 64 cows died when the trailer they were riding in became unhitched and flipped.

Cattle spilled onto the roadway and backed up traffic for five miles.

It happened around 10:15 a.m. near exit 51, south of Davis.
