Thomas Jury Selection Begins
May Take Up To 6 Weeks
1-10-05 – Jury selection in the case against Andre Thomas began Monday. The Grayson County Courthouse was packed with potential jurors filling out questionnaires. If convicted Thomas could receive the death penalty.

1-10-05 – Jury selection in the case against Andre Thomas began today. The Grayson County Courthouse was packed full with potential jurors filling out questionnaires. If convicted Thomas could receive the death penalty.

The selection process could take up to six weeks.

Thomas was in the courtroom with his two court appointed attorneys. His attorneys are claiming he is not guilty by reason of insanity.

Thomas is accused of killing his estranged wife and her two children.
