1-21-05 – Attorneys are on their way to picking the 12 people who will decide the fate of Andre Thomas. Nearly two weeks after jury selection began; attorneys have seated three jurors.

Thomas is accused of killing his estranged wife and her two children last March. If convicted, he could get the death penalty.

More than 400 people filled out questionnaires on the first day of jury selection January 10th. Twenty seven of those residents have been interviewed.

The Grayson County Attorney says the process could take up to four more weeks.
