11-19-04 – Police in Denison are investigating a shooting at the Perrin Estates. A 20 year old Pottsboro man was shot at a house on Twining Drive.
According to authorities, four men went to the home around 10 p.m. Thursday night. One of the men in the group kicked the door in. The home-owner shot him once in the chest. His friends took him to Wilson N. Jones for treatment. He was later transferred to Parkland Hospital in Dallas in stable condition.
No one else was hurt. They say all the men involved knew each other and this incident may have been part of an on-going conflict.
Police have not made any arrests.
