11-19-04 – Residents in a southwest Ardmore neighborhood are taking charge of their streets and fixing dilapidated houses.
Neighbors of one rent house on Mc Lish Street say it’s been an eye-sore for years; attracting crime. The owner put the house on the market in July and one neighbor decided to buy it.
Other neighbors have pitched in to clean up and remodel the home; making it something to be proud of.
The owners say they aren’t sure if they’ll live in the house once they finish.
