Thomas Jury Selected

2-5-05- The jury has been selected for Sherman's most watched murder trial. Friday, attorneys completed the jury selection process, choosing 12 people and two alternates who will decide the fate of Andre Thomas.
The jury selection process took three weeks and testimony will begin February 15th. Thomas is being tried on one count of capital murder in the deaths of his estranges wife's 13 month old daughter.
Thomas was also indicted by a Grayson County grand jury for the murders of Laura Thomas and the couple's four year old son.
Thomas has entered a plea of not guilty by reason of insanity.
