SHERMAN, Tex. -- With Christmas only six days away, Santa got a head start Wednesday morning by visiting students at Fred Douglass in Sherman and making their Christmas wishes come true.
Every year, employees at Wilson N. Jones Hospital spread some holiday cheer by helping Santa deliver some much needed and appreciated presents. This year is no different. Employees hand out package after package for smiles in return.
"Sherman ISD has an ‘Adopt a School’ program and Fred Douglass is one of our schools that we've adopted. So each year we purchase a gift for a child,” says Cathy Black at Wilson N. Jones.
This is the seventh year Wilson N. Jones has been spreading holiday cheer.
