State Rests Case; Defense Begins Monday
02-22-05 – The state rested their case Tuesday morning in the murder trial of Andre Thomas. Jurors have been dismissed for the rest of the week and the defense will begin presenting their case on Monday.

02-22-05 – The state rested their case Tuesday morning in the murder trial of Andre Thomas. Jurors have been dismissed for the rest of the week and the defense will begin presenting their case on Monday.
The state rests their case just one day after Thomas’ chilling confession tape was heard in court.
