12-21-04 - A confession by accused killer Andre Thomas will be admissible at his trial next month. A judge made the ruling on Tuesday after nearly 6 days of testimony as Thomas’ defense team tried to have the confession thrown out.

Thomas is accused of killing his estranged wife and two children last March. Within hours of his arrest, he gave a chilling confession, where he described in detail how he committed the murders.

Defense attorneys wanted the confession tossed because they said he was not competent to make that statement.
