Murder Trial Resumes in Sherman
2-28-05 – After almost a week in recess, testimony resumes n the capital murder trial of Andre Thomas. The defense will begin presenting their case to jurors. Thomas has pled not guilty by reason of insanity.

2-28-05 – After almost a week in recess, testimony resumes Monday in the capital murder trial of Andre Thomas. The defense will begin presenting their case to jurors.

Attorneys will try to prove Thomas believed God told him to kill his estranged wife, Laura Thomas, and her two young children last March.

Thomas has pled not guilty by reason of insanity.

The prosecution rested on Tuesday. The trial could last another two weeks.
