12-30-04 - A Durant man is in serious condition after wrecking a motorcycle in rural Bryan County on Thursday.
Troopers say the 29-year-old was heading north on highway 22 east of Caddo when he failed to negotiate a curve. His 1999 Harley Davidson motorcycle skidded into a ditch. Authorities have yet to release the man’s identity, but say he was not wearing a helmet.
The victim was flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas with face and head injuries.
