OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - An Orange Bowl wager between the governors of Oklahoma and California will make winners out of National Guard troops.
Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry and California Governor Arnold
Schwarzenegger are wagering an assortment of food products on the
outcome of national championship game. Number One Southern Cal and
Number Two Oklahoma meet on Tuesday.
If the Sooners win, Schwarzenegger will send the Oklahoma National Guard a basket of Golden State delicacies such as avocados, oranges, grapes and assorted meats. He'll also send tickets to several ski resorts and tourist attractions.
If the Trojans prevail, Henry will send the California National Guard a side of Oklahoma beef and a gift basket featuring other Oklahoma food products.
