3-1-05 - Denton County Sheriff's Deputies found nothing after searching 162 acres of land directly near the property of Charles Stobaugh. They were looking for the body of his wife, who has been missing since Dec. 29.

The woman was reported missing to Sanger police on Jan. 3 by her daughter. Sanger police asked the Denton County Sheriff’s Office and the Texas Rangers for assistance is searching for the woman. She was last seen at her estranged husband’s property.

The search began around 8:45 a.m. at the northern end of the property at Hoehn Road and sweep south. The middle section of Hoehn Road will be closed approximately one-half mile from the intersection with Metz Road and at the bridge over the creek.
