Missing Girl Found Safe

Video will be available shortly.

1-6-05 - The non-custodial mother of a 7-month-old infant girl surrendered the child to authorities Wednesday night - more than 24 hours after taking her. Marissa Andujo is unharmed and doing fine.

As police suspected, 17-year-old Megan Andujo took the child while she was watching her at the home of Megan's mom, Sharon Dubois. Dubois has had custody of Marissa since she was 3-weeks-old.

Whitesboror police say friends of Megan helped negotiate the release of the child on Thursday evening. As of now, they have not filed charges, but that could change.
