Young Couple Killed in Accident

3-6-05- A 22 year old Davis man was killed and his girlfriend is on life support after an accident Saturday night in Ardmore. It happened around 11:00 p.m. on Veteran Blvd., just west of I-35.

Police say 22 year old Bryson Dennis was killed at at the scene of the accident. Investigators believe Dennis may have been racing his Camaro when he lost controlk at speeds reaching more than 100 mph and the car went airborne.

20 year old Ashley Kelly was a passenger. She was airlifted to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. She was taken off of life support late Sunday afternoon.

According to witnesses, a Chevy S10 truck may have fled the scene. Police are trying to locate that vehicle. Anyone with information should contact the Ardmore police department.
