Fire Victims Left Without Home

1-13-05 – A family of four is without a home after an early morning fire in Sadler, Thursday. Flames broke out in a mobile home off Spalding Road. Neighbors called 911 around 6:30 a.m.

A single mother and her three children were not home at the time. The mother was at work and the children were next door, at their grandparent’s house.

No injuries are reported, but the family does not have insurance and all of their belongings were completely destroyed.

Whitesboro and Sadler firefighers were able to control the blaze in less than an hour. The home is a total loss.

The cause is unknown.
