1-14-15 - A truck driver has reportedly been offered a ten-year prison term for a guilty plea to manslaughter in a Sherman traffic accident that killed ten people.

Miroslaw Joswiak is still in jail after his tractor-trailer rig crossed into oncoming traffic on Highway 75 in September.

Jozwiak’s lawyer says the Polish National has not made a decision on the offer.

Grayson County Attorney, Joe Brown, told First News no agreement has been made. He also said he understands the family’s frustration, but will not publicly comment on plea offers while a case is pending.
