Jackson Arrives After Warrant

Video will be available shortly.

03-10-05 - The judge at the Michael Jackson trial is letting the trial go ahead -- without arresting Jackson for arriving late today.

The judge had earlier threatened to arrest Jackson and to revoke his three (m) million dollars bail. Jackson then arrived at the courthouse, apparently showing up a few minutes after the deadline set by the judge.

His lawyer had said Jackson was being treated for back problems. And when Jackson arrived, he was wearing pajama bottoms, and was
walking gingerly -- assisted by two bodyguards.

The judge told jurors that Jackson had a medical problem -- and he instructed them not to draw any conclusions from the fact that he had ordered Jackson to appear. He told jurors he would have issued the same order if any of them had been late.

Jackson's accuser is back on the stand for a second day of testimony.
