Marietta Man Stabbed 11 Times

1-15-05- A Marietta man was stabbed 11 times after an argument with another man in Marietta Friday night. Police say 23 year old James Thomas Levitt stabbed Ricky Albert outside a home at the corner of Southwest 5th and Creek Streets.

Police believe the two men got into an argument around 10:00 p.m. They say Levitt pulled out a pocket knife and stabbed Albert 11 times in the torso area. Witnesses called police and the victim was released from an Ardmore hospital Saturday afternoon.

Levitt is in the Love County Jail charged with aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill.
