Several rounds of thunderstorms through Saturday will have the potential to produce flooding rains, and a few isolated hail cores or strong winds are possible. Never drive into flooded areas...turn around, don't drown!
4-17-05- For the second time this week, charges have been filed in a Marshall County cold case. A father and his son were charged Friday with the 1997 murder of David Lynn Creecy in Enos, OK.
Creecy was discovered dead in an Enos home with two gunshot wounds to the head. Relatives say they were led to believe it was a suicide, but they always had questions about the murder.
The District Attorney's Task Force has been investigating the death and on Friday they charged 51 year old William Studeman and his 28 year old son Matt with murder.
The father was convicted in Carter County of drug possession and child neglect back in 2001. Matt Studeman was arrested in Cleveland County Friday and will be transferred back to the Marshall County jail.
Investigators claim the two plotted Creecy's death, though they declined to elaborate.
