Four children who were in the building's day-care center when the bomb exploded read the creed of the Oklahoma City National Memorial. P-J Allen, Christopher Nguyen and Brandon and Rebecca Denny recited the creed "May all who leave here know the impact of violence. May this memorial offer comfort, strength, peace, hope and serenity."
