GAINESVILLE, TX - A man trying to run across Interstate 35 in Gainesville died when he was struck by a vehicle Sunday.
Authorities tells us that around 2 p.m. 49-year-old Jose Aguilar was trying to run across I-35 with another person near the Conoco Station when he was hit by a blue Dodge Durango.
Aguilar was pronounced dead at the scene.
