BROKEN BOW, OK - A three year old Oklahoma boy is fighting for his life after the ATV he was riding on yesterday fell on top of him.

OHP tells us Dayton Patrick was riding on the ATV with family on private property six miles west of Broken Bow in McCurtain County when he grabbed the throttle and caused the ATV to speed out of control and climb the wall of a house, falling on top of him.

The toddler was flown to a Tulsa hospital last listed in critical condition.
