SHERMAN, TX - A 76-year-old woman was taken by air ambulance this morning after crashing into trees in Sherman.
Around 9:30 this morning, the woman was driving eastbound on Lamberth Road. Police say they are still investigating why the woman veered off the road. Firefighters had to use the jaws of life to help the woman to safety.
The woman was flown to Parkland Hospital in Dallas, where she is in serious, but stable condition.
