Running the plate will on tell you who the car is registered to, NOT who was driving. You will also find that dopers buy cars and do not transfer the title.

Someone chases you in an undercover car and wonder why they ran??? the Deputies lack of driving ability automatically makes it felony Right??? We Pay these officials handsomly to use good judgement and not to act this way BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS!!!. mAYBE THE DEPUTY NEEDS A FEW DAYS OFF TO "heal, WITH pay OF COARSE!!! OR... YOU COULD DO THE RIGHT THING AND fIRE THE DEPUTY FOR eNDANGERING THE OTHERS ON THE ROAD WHEN HE OPERATED HIS VEHICLE IN AN UNSAFE MANNER, TO WIT: Speeding, Reckless Driving, Following too close...Not waiting for Backup and Failure to Identify. I would Hate to be the one they are gonna blame rthis all on, They'll try to make some poor sole pay for all this deputy did wrong. Maybe this is too In your face to Publish, We'll see!

You want information on the suspects whereabouts??? How about giving us a little information to go on. Race/details of suspect, vehicle driven, which way they were headed. No wonder our locals have so much trouble solving these cases. Geezz!!
