DENISON, TX -- A 15-year-old Denison boy accused of shooting and killing his sister with a bow and arrow has been indicted on a murder charge by a grand jury.

Police say 21-year-old Jennifer Rosewell died after she was hit in the chest with an arrow by her brother last October at a home on Pecan Gap Road in Denison.

Prosecutors say the boy who was 14-years-old at the time faces a maximum of 40 years in prison, but will not stand trial as an adult. Investigators believe the shooting happened because of a child custody dispute over Rosewell's 18-month-old daughter.
