I know Bryan better than most. Not saying this because he is a friend (if he had been guilty I would have personally testified against him). DNA (proven not his), OSBI (Should be on 60 minutes for their editing but will never be. Jurors actually snickered at due to the editing), etc all proved his innocence not my words but court records (any future employer please read the transcripts since the accused (or family) never bothered to show up for court). His life is in shambles (emotionally and financially due to this false accusation). The accuser was underage so of course no recourse or name is given for this liar (seems to be a big joke to her). I know all that happened so to me it's INFURIATING. At least KXII followed up on this to help clear his name. Thanks for that KXII.

Two comments. 1. if he was fired for this, he should be given his job back as he was found to be innocent. 2. The person who made this false claim should be in jail. Are there no penalties for lying about this to officials, ruining someone's life, and wasting taxpayer's money for trials, lawyers, judges, etc.? Where the heck is the justice here???

A terrible wrong was righted today as Bryan was found not guilty of all charges. I would like to thank channel 12 for their fairness in reporting the outcome of the trai. This was a huge story in our small town and I am grateful the truth prevailed. Leo Keith

All it takes is one person not getting their way, and they can justify trying to ruin someone else's life. I hope she remembers this for the rest of her life. I hope she remembers how she almost ended his life with his kids and wife. All it takes is words. Gives me a little hope in our judicial system. GOOD JOB to the people that righted this wrong.
