4-30-05- Authorities in Choctaw County, Oklahoma are moving into the second day of their search for a man wanted in connection with the homocide of a California Highway Patrolman in 1995. Jeremy William Toomey is a material witness in the case.
Authorities say around 5:30 p.m Friday, Toomey fled a residence in Boswell, OK when they tried to serve a warrant. The warrant was issued when Toomey failed to appear in court to testify in California. Authorities got a tip he was in the home in southeastern Oklahoma.
Toomey is described as: a white male 6'0" approximately 170 lbs with short brown hair, 27 years of age. Toomey was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt, a black jacket, and blue jeans. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is conducting an extensive search for Toomey in an area located southeast of Boswell Oklahoma.
