Suspect Questioned in NYC Blast

NEW YORK (AP) - Sources tell The Associated Press a UN worker
from the Netherlands was found loitering near the site of this morning's blasts in New York.

Law enforcement sources say the FBI and police are questioning
the Dutch worker, though they won't say if the man is a suspect. Two makeshift grenades blew up outside the British Consulate, slightly damaging the building and injuring no one.

Officials say it's not clear if the consulate was targeted. They
also say they have no motive.

Police say the two improvised bombs were toy grenades packed
with gunpowder.

A Foreign Office spokeswoman in London says her government is "not speculating whether it's connected to the election" in Britain today.

Investigators are reviewing surveillance video from the area.
