Suspect in Teens Death will appear in court Monday

VELMA, OK--The initial hearing for the gas station clerk accused of killing a Velma teen is set for Monday in Stephens county court. 21-year-old Miles Bench was arrested Wednesday night after investigators used a GPS system to track Braylee Henry's vehicle and found Bench inside.

Sheriff Wayne McKinney said Henry disappeared earlier that night from the Tee Pee Totem gas station in Velma. Her body was found yesterday. Bench is now in the Stephens county Jail. District Attorney Jason Hicks said he expects to file First Degree Murder Charges on Monday.
