Six Massacred In Nearby Houses

05-29-05 -BELLEFONTAINE, Ohio (AP) - Investigators in Bellefontaine, Ohio, have found several guns at the scene where six people were found shot to death this morning.

The town's sheriff says a rifle was located inside one of the farmhouses where four of the bodies were found. Two other bodies
were found in a neighboring farmhouse.

The sheriff would not say if the rifle was the weapon used in
the shootings.

Investigators believe one of the victims is responsible for the
attack. The sheriff says one of the victims was an 18-year-old senior at a local high school who was supposed to have graduated today.

Police say the age of the victims ranged from 14 years old to 67.

A seventh person was shot in the neck, and was the one who
called a friend on her cell phone. The friend called authorities.
